Last month, I was travelling alone to KL by train. I just had to feel the thrill of getting lost and asking people directions that time. While I was sitting on a station, waiting for the next train that I missed seconds ago, I met an old man sitting next to me.
He took out a book, which I figured it to be a journal, and scribbled some words on it. Later, he stood up and threw his pen into the dustbin. He came to me and asked, "Son, do you have a pen with you? The lousy pen had its moment."
I smiled and reached for my gel pen in my bag. I gave it to him, and took a look on what he had written just now. "What do you usually write about in your journal?" I asked, curiously.
"I write about my life, and yeah, it's a good thing you called it journal. Diaries are for girls you know" He chuckled.
"But that's a thick journal you have, does that mean you always have interesting things to write about?"
"Of course, I hate wasting a precious page writing things that aren't interesting. I have a habit of making my days interesting, imagine when you pass it down to your grandchidren."
"That's nice. It will become their bedtime stories about you."
"Yes, but what is most important, we as humans should make our own life a story worth telling."

then make sure you keep one.. lets see if you'll actualy write something on it. hahah

ah. journal saya selalu separuh jalan. separuh interesting. separuh lagi tidak langsung dan dipenuhi nota-nota urusan perniagaan yang tidak seharusnya berada di situ tetapi sebab tak kuasa bawak 2 buku ke sana-sini dan sebab PDA tak sesyok menulis atas kertas.
yup. that's true. feeling menulis atas kertas mmg lain kalo nk banding ngn keyboard.
kadang2 saya type dulu kat laptop bile ada benda yg perlu ditulis kalo xbwk journal. dah sampai umah bru la saya salin balik kat journal. cuma agak repetitive bila ada entry yg panjang lebar.
